تطبيق دفتر يحترم خصوصيتك. هذه السياسة توضّح المعلومات التي نجمعها وكيفية استخدامها.

المعلومات التي نجمعها

• تفاصيل نشاطك: اسم النشاط، نوع النشاط (ديون/اشتراكات/كلاهما)، رقم الهاتف (اختياري).
• تفاصيل عملائك: الأسماء، أرقام الهواتف، المبالغ (الديون والاشتراكات)، تواريخ المعاملات.
• بيانات حسابك: البريد الإلكتروني المستخدم للدخول، وحالة الباقة.

أين تُخزَّن بياناتك

• على جهازك: جميع بياناتك مخزّنة على جهازك فقط ومحميّة بالتشفير. لا تغادر بياناتك هاتفك في النسخة الحالية.
• النسخ الاحتياطي السحابي (مستقبلي): قد يُضاف لاحقاً خيار النسخ الاحتياطي السحابي، وسيبقى كل حساب منفصلاً وخاصاً بك.

ما لا نجمعه

• لا نتتبّع موقعك.
• لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي جهة لأغراض تسويقية.
• لا نبيع بياناتك.

أذونات التطبيق

• الهاتف وجهات الاتصال: غير مطلوبة. أنت تُدخل أرقام العملاء يدوياً.
• الإنترنت: فقط للنسخ الاحتياطي السحابي المستقبلي ولفتح محادثة واتساب لإرسال تذكير.

حقوقك

• العرض: يمكنك رؤية كل بياناتك داخل التطبيق.
• الحذف: حذف زبون يزيل أيضاً كل سجلاته المرتبطة. تسجيل الخروج يمسح جلستك. حذف التطبيق يمحو كل البيانات من جهازك.
• التصدير: قريباً.

The Daftar app respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Your business details: business name, activity type (debts/subscriptions/both), phone number (optional).
• Your customer details: names, phone numbers, amounts (debts and subscriptions), and dates.
• Your account details: the email used to sign in, and your plan status.

Where Your Data Is Stored

• On your device: All your data is stored only on your device, protected by encryption. It does not leave your phone in the current version.
• Cloud backup (future): A future update may offer optional cloud backup, which will keep your data private and separate from other users.

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not track your location.
• We do not share your data with anyone for marketing.
• We do not sell your data.

App Permissions

• Phone and contacts: not requested. You enter customer numbers manually.
• Internet: only for future cloud backup and for opening a WhatsApp chat to send a reminder.

Your Rights

• View: you can see all your data inside the app.
• Delete: removing a customer also removes their related records; signing out clears your session; uninstalling the app erases all data from your device.
• Export: coming soon.
